Straight answers about transloading, cross-docking, CFS handling, storage, and drayage — from the team that runs all of it under one roof in Kent, WA.

Common questions

Everything shippers ask us.

Where are you located, and which ports do you serve?+

Our 200,000 sq ft facility is at 22408 76th Ave S in Kent, WA — minutes from both the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma via the I-5 and SR-167 corridors, with drayage reach across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

What is the difference between transloading and cross-docking?+

Transloading moves freight from one mode or container type to another — for example, out of an ocean container and into a domestic 53-foot trailer. Cross-docking moves inbound freight straight across the dock to an outbound truck with little or no storage in between. We do both under one roof, so your cargo takes whichever path is faster and cheaper for the lane.

Do you handle LCL (less-than-container-load) freight?+

Yes. As an on-site Container Freight Station (CFS), we consolidate and deconsolidate LCL shipments and handle import and export cargo — it's one of the things our clients rely on us for most.

Do you offer both short-term and long-term storage?+

Yes. With 200,000 sq ft of warehouse space we handle everything from a few pallets of seasonal overflow to dedicated long-term storage and distribution programs, with 24/7 online tracking of your inventory.

Can one company both store my freight and truck it?+

That's our model. With a 55-truck asset-based fleet and a 200,000 sq ft warehouse under one roof, we own every link from the port to your door — no handoffs between separate drayage, freight-station, and warehousing vendors.

What types of cargo can you handle?+

Dry, liquid, frozen, bulk, chilled, agricultural, industrial, high-value goods, and apparel & footwear — including hazmat and heavy-corridor permitted lanes. Projects large or small.

Are you a licensed carrier?+

Yes. Trucking runs under our sister carrier All Season Transport LLC — USDOT 2927850, MC-988260 — and we are a Northwest Seaport Alliance service provider.

What are your hours?+

The facility operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and online freight tracking and support are available 24/7.

Which areas do you serve?+

Our core service area covers the Kent Valley and greater Puget Sound — Kent, Sumner, Auburn, Renton, Tukwila, Federal Way, Seattle, Tacoma, and SeaTac — with drayage and intermodal reach across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

How do I get a quote?+

Send us your freight details through our contact form or call (253) 246-2125. We typically respond within one business day with a plan built around your cargo, timelines, and ports of call.
